Hey All, I just wanted to do a shout out to Joe Carpenter for his F-Hole plugs.  If you have a big arch top and fight feedback this may be a good solution for you.  I play with a big band (18 piece) and compete with a horn section and a loud bassist. These make all the difference in the world when I'm playing.  I have them in my Heritage Eagle, Gib L-4 and Gib 330.  They work great.  Joe is out of Phoenix Az and can be found on Reverb.

We are talking about pedals on the livestream this week and I am curious about this one!

This was a post I saw on FB: "Find the smallest rig possible, just one simple amp pedal to plug into a PA or small cab or whatever. Goal: to get a clean, warm, clear, jazz gone we all love (anything from classic Johnny Smith to Joe Pass “Intercontinental” or “Joy Spring” to 1980s Jimmy Raney Steeplechase: those are my standard tones for great electric jazz guitar tone: YMMV).

Someone posted about the Milkman the Amp (100W) vs Benson the Amp (100W). Anybody try these? What’s the best amp pedal?"

Hello all. I’m a new member to the this community living in Longmont, CO. Have watched Rich for years and studied many of his lessons. I always try to make the Thursday live podcast but not always available. I have been playing in a big band for years here in Colorado. Favorite guitars, Gibson L-4 single PU, ES-335 custom shop, Heritage Eagle Classic. Have meet you Rich at the Arvada Archtop Festival. It was breef and doubt you’d remember me but sure enjoy your teaching and all. Most certainly want to try your strings soon. Cheers, Jerr B.
